TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PEGASUS AV Products does not sell on approval or provide a free trial period. PEGASUS offers a 30-day return policy on selected items with sole approval of PEGASUS. Any returns or exchanges will occur in accordance with PEGASUSís return policy. Before you attempt to return your Product, you must contact PEGASUS directly to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA), which return approvals stand solely in the discretion of PEGASUS. The RMA is to accompany the return. You must return Product in its original or comparable packaging. You are RESPONSIBLE for risk of loss, and shipping and handling fees for returning or exchanging Product. PEGASUS will not accept returns for opened and/or used Product unless they are defective and you reported them as defective within 48 hours of receipt. In which case, PEGASUS will make an exchange. PEGASUS, at its sole discretion, may apply a twenty five percent (25%) restocking fee to all returns. You must ship approved returned packages with a RMA with in 7 days to the designated address. If you fail to follow PEGASUSís return or exchange instructions, PEGASUS is not responsible whatsoever for Product that is lost, damaged, modified, or otherwise processed for disposal or resale. Per the discretion of PEGASUS, you will receive a refund of the approved, return item's amount you paid; however, PEGASUS may credit partial returns less than invoice due to bundled or promotional pricing.
Buyer may not refuse shipment without prior approval and a cancellation number or there will be a 25% restocking fee. Buyer canceling an order prior to shipping must obtain a cancellation number or a 25% restocking fee will apply. Buyer may return defective merchandise for exchange, to PEGASUS Audio Visual Products, Inc.,within thirty (30) days of receipt, provided Buyer obtains a RMA NUMBER from Pegasus Audio Visual Products, Inc prior to returning goods.
ALL Products that proven to have been opened and or used, will not be taken back (no exceptions) unless they are defective and they are reported as defective within 48 hours of receipt. They can be returned with an RMA.
You may locate the limited warranties applicable to PEGASUS AV products at www.pegasusav.com. PEGASUS AV Products makes no warranties for non-PEGASUS branded products or services.
You will be able to view the TOTAL shipping cost of your order before the order is complete. Shipping and Handling charges provided at the checkout shipping calculator ("estimate shipping for this order") are the final shipping and handling cost to be charged for your order. There are no hidden shipping charges.
In order to guarantee the pristine good condition of our products, our Dry Erase Whiteboards products are shipped directly from the distribution center to your receiving docks / doorstep via our own dedicated transportation service.
We deliver to: Universities, Colleges, Schools, Churches, Government offices, Business, Home Offices, residential customers etc.
Shipping Charges; Taxes; Title; and Risk of Loss. Shipping is an additional charge unless PEGASUS expressly agrees and indicates at time of sales. Loss or damage to the Product that occurs during shipping by a PEGASUS chosen courier is the responsibility of PEGASUS when reported to PEGASUS within 48 hours. Loss or damage to the Product that occurs during shipping by a courier you selected is your responsibility. PEGASUS is not liable for packages left at the recipientís address. IF YOU FAIL TO INFORM PEGASUS ABOUT THE DAMAGED PRODUCT WITHIN 48 HOURS, YOU TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PRODUCT. You must claim any tax exemption and provide documentation at time of sale. Unless otherwise stated, you are responsible for all taxes and duties associated with the orders. Shipping dates are estimates only.
** Buyer shall examine all merchandise promptly on receipt thereof. Buyer shall notify PEGASUS Audio Visual Products, Inc of all claimed shortages or damaged merchandise within forty eight (48) hours of receipt of goods. Failure to give such notice shall be deemed an acceptance of the goods as of the date of shipment.
Reversible Dry Erase Boards and Whiteboards are shipped out by truck the shipping fee paid is to your loading docks or curb side ONLY. If your order comes to you by truck you have to open and inspect your order regardless or what the outside of the carton my looks like. Large objects like Dry Erase Boards can be damaged during transit and it is your responsibility to inspect your shipment on arrival. We will replace any damaged product free of charge if it is signed for as damaged upon arrival.
